Member of the Association of Sworn Translators and Interpreters appointed by the Court of Appeal of Lyon (ATIECA)

An American transplant from the State of Oregon, I have been living in France since 1994 and translating technical, scientific, medical, and legal documents full time since 1998.

Bilingual and bicultural, I can faithfully and effectively render the message of your French documents into either American or British English.

My client base consists of multinationals, SMEs, research centers, agencies, governmental entities, and private citizens.

My main areas of specialization are nuclear safety and security, medical devices, and patent reports. I also have extensive experience in translating legal documents such as powers of attorney, birth certificates, and contracts.

As a sworn translator accredited by the Court of Appeal of Lyon, I am legally authorized to do official translations (aka certified translations or official translations) of a wide range of documents (birth certificates, marriage certificates, drivers’ licenses, academic transcripts, powers of attorney, deeds, contracts, etc.).

Please note that I do not provide interpreting services. If you require an interpreter, please contact my colleagues who, like me, are members of professional translation and interpretation associations (SFT) or are registered with the French courts (ATIECA, CEJL, UNETICA).
